1. Orders

Orders may be placed via WhatsApp, phone, or in person. We will confirm your order, estimated preparation time, and total cost before preparation begins.

2. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to require payment before order collection or delivery.

3. Collection & Delivery

Orders are prepared fresh and are best collected promptly once ready. Please confirm collection or delivery arrangements with us directly when placing your order.

4. Order Accuracy

Please review your order details carefully when placing it. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders already in preparation may not be eligible for cancellation.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
